You can measure anything to the gram or ounce, but the key feature for me is that you can reset the scales to zero.

You can add you ingredients into the same bowl and just reset between each item, thus saving on the washing up. You can also use whatever bowl or plate on top of the scales. Put the bowl on first before you turn on the scales and it will start at zero.

The model that I am showing can even shift between liquid and solid weight, which is brilliant.
