Black on the outside, beautiful enamelled colour on the inside. The bowl launched in 1953, won a gold medal at the La Triennale di Milano in 1954.

It is feather-light and therefore superb for sending around the table. I have fond memories of the black and orange bowl used as the salad bowl in my childhood home.

This is a good example of good design reproduced for new generations to enjoy the products as well.
