You need one of these if you are serious about your cooking.

I have had my Volcanic 28 cm cast iron casserole for a year now and wish I had bought one a long time ago. You get a bit of exercise from moving it about due to the weight, but it is beautiful both in the kitchen and on the dinner table.

I get the feeling of doing good things for my children, when I use this casserole to cook meals that would have made my grandmother proud of me.
